Overhauling a Fiat Dino wheel rim

The rim is chemically stripped, sandblasted, primed/passivated to prevent the magnesium from oxidizing, followed by powder coating (standard: brilliant silver, other RAL colors possible). During refurbishment, light scratches on the rim flange are removed; deeper scratches, imperfections, or deformations cannot be repaired or completely eliminated (see photo of a refurbished rim). Due to setup costs, the price per rim is slightly higher for fewer than 4 rims being refurbished.
